You can deduct the business percentage of the use of the vehicle. Insurance is a personal decision.

If you are self-employed on Schedule C or F, yes, you can take the business deduction.  If it is something else (like a Partnership or Corporation), then it gets more complicated.

 

For income tax purposes, your vehicle insurance does not matter.  Whether or not your insurance will cover your vehicle if it is used for business is a question that you need to ask your insurance agent.
