I worked on a business return 1065 and purchased California partnership income instead of California LLC, I need form 568 instead form 565... please advise

Simple fix ... get a refund for the unneeded state and buy the one you need. 

You can go here TurboTax CD/Download Refund Request Form to request a refund if still within 60 days of purchase.
