I was connected to my appointment and due to systems issues I was ultimately forwarded for systems help at Turbo Tax. Will they call me back to re-schedule?

If you have not already done so, I would recommend that you call and schedule a new appointment.  If your case has been closed (as they generally are) the agent will no longer have access to your information to make the call.
