I've already filed the business tax returns. I'm filing my personal tax returns & entering the same information. Is this going to file the partnership return again?

You shouldn't enter the same info you entered on your business form into your personal tax form. The only thing you should enter from the partnership is your Schedule K-1 (1065), which is attached to the partnership form 1065 for each partner.

To enter: Personal - Personal Income - Business Investment - Schedule K-1 - Add schedule K-1
