I sold my business in March. I paid for health insurance for the year. Business made a profit for the quarter (more than the full year of premiums). What do I deduct?

If you are asking about the self employed health insurance deduction, deduct 3 months worth of the yearly premium if you were only in business for 3 months.  The rest of the cost could be a medical deduction if you itemize.
