I have K-1 income for Code Z, Section 199A with 2 separate categories "Trade/ Business" and "Pass-through Entities," but does not provide a total. What total do I use?

Generally, those two should be combined but you need to contact the entity (partnership or LLC); you should have received a statement in addition to the K-1.
