I have capital gains but Line 13 of Form1040 the box "Schedule D is not required" is checked by Turbo Tax. Why don't I have to submit Schedule D?

If you have entered capital gain distributions on Schedule B or Form 8814 and Schedule D is not required to be filed, this box will be checked.
