the 765 is the KY income tax form for the LLC. this is separate and apart from your personal KY income tax. do file the forms, if you don't, eventually KY will dissolve the LLC.

the 765 is the KY income tax form for the LLC. this is separate and apart from your personal KY income tax. do file the forms, if you don't, eventually KY will dissolve the LLC.
