I have a k1 that does not have a EIN because it is a foreign corp. how do I file?

You cannot possibly have a K-1 from a foreign corporation because S corporations must be domestic corporations and C corporations do not issue K-1s.

Hopefully, you have some sort of contact point for the entity because you need to enter a TIN in conjunction with the other information on the K-1.
