I get W2's from two different jobs and I have started a new business (I am the only employee)

I have two part-time W2 jobs, and extra tax is withheld from each of them to offset any tax burden from the new business. Do I still need to file quarterly taxes for the new business? Since it's still new, there will likely be a net loss for the new company, if that matters.
