I bought a house and created "Fenway Garden Realty Trust" and have an EIN#. Do i need to file as a separate entity or will it go in my personal filing? using a K1

You could report on your personal income tax return or on a 1041 as a grantor trust (since you, apparently, are the owner of the trust assets and presumably have the power to revoke the trust).

If you give payers of income the trust's EIN, then you have to file a 1041 as outlined in the instructions (link below).
