Yes, there is a place to indicate that you are entering a W-2C.
You enter it the same way you enter a W-2, except you enter the corrected values reported on the W-2C instead of the values on the original W-2. Then, after you have entered everything and hit Continue there will be a follow-up screen that is titled, 'Let's check for uncommon situations'. The second option on that screen should be checked to indicate that you received a W-2C.
