How do I change the % owned in The K-1 form??

How (or where) do I changed the % on K-1 form? My partner has left the business.

If you are using TurboTax Business choose Partner Information from the menu at the top, to get to the Summary.

Choose Edit next to the name you want to change and follow the on-screen prompts.

Please see the two screenshots below. On the 2nd screen that will come up, TurboTax asks (at the bottom of the screen ) if the partner left the partnership this year:

**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

Do I need to check the box for the Step 2(c): Multiple Jobs section for the W-4 2024 &2023 form, if my estimated tax withholding is $0 from the Tax Withholding Estimator?
