For some reason on form 1065 Page 5-6 my balance sheet is out of balance, why?

There are a lot of reasons that can be. The first thing that I would advise you to do is to go through your balance sheet and see what is different on the tax return from what you have on the balance sheet the business generated. Then figure out what is causing those differences.
