Don't have my W-2 from work and don't know how much I earned. The company is out-of-business so I can't get it from them? How do I file?

How do I file if I don't have a W-2 and the business has gone out-of-business?

Complete the Form 4852 in the same TurboTax section that you would as if you received a W-2. Use your last paystub and complete as many fields as you can. Continue on to the page, 'Let's check for uncommon situations', and mark the box indicating that you did not receive a W-2. 

Continue on to complete the substitute W-2 (Form 4852). You won't be able to e-file your return with this form. Print and mail according to the filing instructions when your return is completed.
