Do I have to file a1040 nonfilers form to get my stimulus checks?

No.  

You should file your 2020 income tax return even if you do not have a filing requirement. 

You will be able to claim a Rebate Recovery Credit on your 2020 income tax return.  

To do this, you will need to log back into TurboTax or start a new tax return by going to TurboTax.com.

In the Federal section, select Other Tax Situations interview section at the top of the screen

Scroll down to the bottom and select Let's keep going.

This will take you to the input section for the Recovery Rebate credit.

Be sure to indicate the actual amount of each stimulus payment you received on the page that asks if you received a stimulus payment.  

Since you did not receive any payments, be sure to check the box marked We didn't get a stimulus payment.

The program will calculate your Recovery Rebate credit.  Any excess amount over any tax liability will be refunded when you file your tax return.
