Credit Card processing fees

The company that processes my invoices and the money I charge customers by credit card, is not providing me with the total amount of processing fees they charged me for the year. They expect me to calculate that. It is a business expense for which I have to provide proof to the IRS. Are they legally obligated to give me that total, or can they require me to calculate it myself?

Credit Card processing fees

They are not legally obligated to provide you this information but is a poor business practice in my opinion.
