Can I delete an entry I made in "other reportable income" in error?

Is there any way to get TurboTax support without paying extra if it is a glitch in the software?

Other reportable income is in the Less Common Income section of TurboTax. Choose the Miscellaneous Income option:

On the next screen choose Other reportable income and you should find your entry in that section and there should be an option to delete it:
