California C Corporation

Do California C Corporations have to pay officers a minimum salary if the officers are more than 20% shareholders? Or can their salaries be $0.

 

Do California C Corporation Directors have to be paid? Or can their compensation be $0 if both the director and the corporation agree to this arrangement.
