Business shareholder information updated
Hello. My spouse is a S Corp owner and I own a small portion of the shares. I had an ITIN when the business was formed, in the middle of 2019 I received a SSN. 2018 tax return was filed with my ITIN. Should we submit any form stating that shareholders information was updated? Should we file 2019 tax return with both ITIN and SSN?

If you are talking about your personal return, you have to file it with an SSN.
If you are talking about your K-1 from the S-Corp, you should issue it with the SSN.
