Blackstone converts to corporation

When Blackstone Group LLC converted to a corporation in July 2019, do I need to report that event in any way on my return? I held the units before and now hold the shares after.  I didnt do anything special on my 2019 return, and was just wondering if its something I should try and resolve for 2020 return.  Thanks.

No, you don't need to report changes in the organizational structure of one of your investments (e.g. Blackstone Group LLC to Blackstone Group, Inc.).

You only need to report when you sell units (now shares) of the investment.
