1120-S How do I file this form with Schedule M-2

I'm filing business taxes for a trucking company. Previously we used an accountant to file, but this year we're trying this.  My big problem is that I can't figure out where he got the total assets # from and how to access the 1120-S, the whole form with Schedule M-2, because the previous accountant used this schedule.

Frankly, and to be quite blunt, if have all of the requisite books, records, and filed returns, and still cannot make heads or tails out of them, you should consult with a tax professional. The more complex S corporation returns really are not conducive to DIY.
