1099-DIV had amounts in lines 10 and 11 do I need to enter them?

Yes, you should enter the information from the 1099-DIV boxes 10 and 11. You'll need to click My form has info in more than just these boxes when you are on the 1099-DIV entry screen to open these fields. (Click the screenshots below for reference.)
