Some TurboTax users are getting a message that reads, "Your state return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print, or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet" when trying to print their state return.
The TurboTax Fix It tool will resolve this issue. Follow the steps below to download and run the tool.
- Click here to download the tool (TTDHotfixApp.zip).
- Open the folder with your downloaded files and extract the file to your desktop.
- Run the tool as an admin.
- When Done click OK.
- Close the tool and relaunch TurboTax.
- Select the Online menu and select Check for updates.
- Once TurboTax is updated, open TurboTax again.
- Review your state return to make sure all your data is present and complete.
- Select the File tab and print your return.
