Some users using the TurboTax CD/Download version have reported getting an error message that their account information is wrong or their account wasn't found when trying to import from ItsDeductible.
Change your username and password to only letters, numbers, and the following symbols (-!@#$) and importing again.
If you still can't import, sign in to your ItsDeductible account with the exact same username and password make sure you can see your data there and that it's under the 2018 tab, not the 2019 tab. If you're unable to sign in and see your data, select I forgot my user ID or password and follow the instructions to recover your password or check for other accounts.
