If you can't access the Internet, download TurboTax software, or use features in TurboTax that require an Internet connection, your router might be the issue.
TurboTax is tested with a number of routers to ensure compatibility. However, we're unable to test every router or provide instructions on how to set them up. If you need additional help, visit your router manufacturer's website.
If you use a digital subscriber line (DSL), adjusting your router's MTU setting to 1492 may resolve connectivity issues.
In the Start Search field, type ping -l 1472 -f ftpfp.quicken.com (use lowercase letters: the letter after the first hyphen (-) is a lowercase L).
If the Packet needs to be fragmented but DF set message appears in the window, set your router's MTU to 1492.
