I applied for a tax refund 1 month ago. I wonder when the tax will refund on my bank account. Is everything okay? Do you need to install the document?

Four weeks is just an average. It can take the IRS 8 weeks or longer to process your tax return. Did you e-file your return? Or did you print, sign and mail it? You can check the current status at http://www.irs.gov/refunds.
