I filed my taxes and I had selected the option of 59.98, I did my return without any help so I did not need all the extra stuff, a couple weeks after filing my return I have noticed I was charged $100 instead of the regular $59.98..i’m Not sure why and It’s been hard to contact turbo tax.

It appears as if you might have used TurboTax Online Deluxe. If that is the case, then you should note that there is an extra charge for state returns and also for refund processing services if you elect to pay for TurboTax out of your federal refund (see screenshots below).

If you still need to contact TurboTax support, you can try again on Monday (see link below).
