Tax Year Prior to 2020: E-File accepted but not yet paid - can I cancel the Debit?

Long story, but I had an error on my K-1 (Biz W2) that overstated by income.  I filed via efile and scheduled a hefty $9000 tax payment for this Friday (4/12).  Now, with the corrected K-1, instead I should be getting a $6000 REFUND.   Is there anything I can do to cancel this payment?

I'm worried that I'll have $9000 taken from accounts on Friday and then struggle for many months to get that back along with the additional refund ($15000).

You can try to cancel it.  You will have to contact the IRS.  Go to this link and scroll down to Cancellations, Errors, and Questions.
