Accepted 1-29-19. 5071C Letter on 2-18-19 ,verified 2-19 told by IRS my account was released no DDD yet has anyone in same situation received their refund or a DDD?

Aquanetta25 i do check wmar but it says there is no records of my return and it's been 4 weeks now but wmr shows my refund has been received and is being processed so this whole thing is just frustrating
