Would the IRS garnish owed back child support to me, if my husband owes the IRS taxes and we file jointly?

I am owed back child support from my kids father, but my husband owes back taxes and we file jointly.  Will the IRS seize my back child support for my husband's owed back taxes?

 They will not offset for your child support as it's not a part of your tax return, and does not have any effect on a refund due you.
