Would I be able to add on a w-2 to a return I already filed?

Unfortunately, you cannot add a W-2 to an income tax return that has already been filed. You will have to file an amended income tax return to include the additional W-2.

Wait until your original return has been processed and you have received your refund, before filing the amended return.
