You should have had official word last week.  It's ridiculous to think that this situation hasn't been thought of and the fact that there is no information out there to answer this simple question is infuriating Irene.  Millions of people opted to use this card and we don't even have the option to update it to our personal bank info and you or anyone else that's asked just plays dumb. And if you copy and paste the same generic response about not having any info yet, I will file a complaint.  I mean seriously Irene???  How is this okay???

Yeah I'm talking about my Turbo Tax debit card the app that you sign into and it says transactions and all that it mine also says I have a Google temporary hold on there and I haven't bought anything I don't have no money to buy anything did y'all say that to

Good Gravy !!!!   The IRS system can only process so much information at a time due to the current under staffing  situation and the antiquated equipment they are forced to work with.   No one knows the pattern of who's payment will go out when so all you can do is be happy money is coming and be patient.

I really need answers loyal customer and brought so many to your product. Very disappointed in you guys. Spent hour on the phone waiting to be hung up on I am not happy at all. I have 3 kids and put of work no income at all. A simple answer would just be nice.

Most likely they will work off 2019 returns first if they have filed them  and then go back to 2018. But as to name or any other kind of number order I doubt that will happen ... didn't back in 2008.

The checks will go out in income order starting the week of 4/24... that much was indicated ... so the poorest get the money the fastest.
