Will my return be directly deposited to my bank account? I mailed my W2s out last Wednesday or Thursday.

Did you efile the return ?   If so why did you mail the W-2 forms ?   Did the IRS ask for them ? 

Or did you mail in your return with the forms ?

Did you request a direct deposit ?  If so look at page 2 of the form 1040 for the DD information.
