If you're qualified for the TABOR refund, TurboTax will apply it when you file your Colorado return. If you're not being prompted, it's possible that TurboTax determined that you're not eligible for the credit.

That said, to establish your eligibility for the Colorado sales tax refund (TABOR) in TurboTax Online, follow the instructions below. Take special note of step 6. The question asks whether you were incarcerated in Colorado for 180 days or more in 2023.
