Why is the wereismyfund page not giving me any information about my refund

A few tips when tracking your refund on the "Where's My Refund?" tool:

1) Try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser first (here's how: How to clear your cache?)

2) Make sure you're only entering in the amount you're expecting to get back from federal.
