Why is only 1 child of 3 listed on my state tax return? Do I need to amend now that it is submitted?

Are you saying there are different dependents listed on your state return than what are listed on your federal return?   You have to compare your tax returns to see what the differences are.   What state return are you referencing?    Each state has different rules regarding dependents.  Although generally, you can usually claim dependents on the state return that you sometimes can't on your federal return.
