Why is my state tax refund 0 for both states?

I live in kansas and work in Missouri my state return for both is 0 why? Am I doing something wrong?

Make certain that you have indicated your resident state and that you made money in another state in the My Info section. Next, check your W-2 entries and that you have entered the state withholding taxes.

Next move onto the State taxes and prepare your non-resident state first, then your resident tax return. If you have already started the state tax returns, delete them and begin again.
