Why is it asking me to mail my returns? Does that mean I won’t be direct deposited?

There are several reasons you may not be able to e-file your tax return. Some common reasons are:

• Some forms may not be finalized
• Box 1 of your W-2 Form is blank
• Your tax return contains overrides
• You have no taxable income.

You will still get a direct deposit even if you mail your tax return.

Direct deposit does work for mailed returns. just takes longer.
