Why havent i received my Ga State refund?

Georgia can take a long time with its state refunds.

The GA "Where's My Refund" site says:

"It may take more than 90 business days from the date of receipt by DOR to process a return and issue a refund."

It may not take that long, but it can.  Here are some things you can check in the meantime:

If you efiled the GA state return, use the tool below to be sure the state return was successfully efiled and accepted:

Note that 90 business days is approx. 4 calendar months.
