Why does it say irs sent refund to my bank account but bank hasn't received any deposit

What date does the IRS WMR tool say it was sent?    The IRS may have provided an expected send or deposit date, but they say to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing time/procedures.    Was it to go directly from the IRS to your bank, or did you pay any fees out of the Fed refund?

If you had any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of your Federal refund, the funds first go to an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.   Then that bank sends it on to your bank in a second direct deposit.   If you used that method, report back, and we can tell you how to check with the third-party intermediary company (SBTPG.)
