Why do you print a w3 for each employee rather than accumulate them all on one w3?

When I print out all of a company's forms, it prints out a separate w3 for each employee.  The w3 should be for the entire company

Why do you print a w3 for each employee rather than accumulate them all on one w3?

The print all feature (as well as the individual PDF files) show a separate W3 for each employee but when the e-file is sent, it only sends the correct W3 report to the SS administration. In order to print the W2 forms for the employees without having to print all the extra pages, you should use the individual PDF option and select the pages you want to print (for me it was pages 1-4 for each employee)

*** I seem to recall an option being added to the bottom of the list to streamline the process but I can't find the post right now ... so look for it yourself.
