Why did i receive an email stating that my tax refund was deposited into my spend account but the balance is still zero?

I filed my tax return, it was intercepted by the Department of Treasury, i filed an appeal, and now i receive an email from credit Karma congratulating me on depositing my tax refund into my spend account.

How can I figure out who filed my 2020 taxes to get the EIP 1 and two payments made to my self totally to 1800.00? I contacted the IRS.
