what settings do i need to receive emails for acceptance of my returns

To see why you have not been receiving email confirmations, first verify that your email is correct, to check what email you have listed and make changes if needed:

1. Login to your TurboTax account
2. Select Sign in & security
3. Select Email address
4. Make changes if needed

You could also check your spam junk folder to see if your  emails are going there.
