Why can't I get the e-file screen for my 2023 amended return for CA?

Any help would be appreciated.  I have even talked to Turbo Tax help and they could not help me.  Should I just mail them?

It depends.  California is supported for electronic filing of amended returns if you electronically filed your original return.

You can also try updating your program as that might help clear the issue and allow you to proceed with your state amendment.  If you are online, you may need to use the following steps to clear your cache and cookies to help resolve any browser issues.  If you are using the desktop version of the software, you can try to update your software by selecting Online and then Check for updates to update your program and help resolve the issue.
