Where would i find my "credit for income taxes paid in another state" information on an H&R block tax return form?

Im trying to fill out information for the Oregon Kicker and i cant find the information for my 2022 credit for income tax to another state, or if i even need it due to not paying taxes in another state in 2022.

I am sure that H&R Block uses the official Oregon forms.

You want to look for Standard Credits on Oregon form OR-ASC (Section D).

This credit for other states' taxes is entered with a code of 802. There may be multiple 802 entries, or it sounds like none in your case.
