Normally, tax filers( 9 out of 10) usually receive their refund within 21 days after acceptance, but due to the passage of the PATH Act, some tax filers will experience a delay. According to the IRS, the first EITC/ACTC recipients can expect funds by the first week of March if they chose direct deposit and there are no issues with their tax return. For more info, please visit this IRS page. Also, please see this related TurboTax FAQ, Some 2019 federal refunds are delayed due to the PATH Act

Unfortunately, once the IRS accepts your return, TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. A review is usually random or computer selected. Each individual income tax return varies, and there are a variety of reasons that your Federal income tax return may be under review.
For a list of possible situations, you may refer to the IRS website: We’re reviewing your tax return - Understanding Your CP05 Notice.
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
Continue to monitor the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight. You may also download the IRS2Go app to check your Federal refund status.
