Where's my refund?

I filed our return on 1/22/19 the next day it said IRS accepted our return. Then on on 2/2/19 I check the where's my refund tool on IRS's website. It said that it was being reviewed by cause of the child tax credits. Today 2/15/19 it says "We have received your tax return and it is being processed." What does that mean?
