Where is the button for grandchild on 1040

This turbo tax was a nightmare for me,took days,my first issue,I am a disabled grandmother raising 3 grandchildren since they were born,the oldest is 13

I was with h&r block for 18 years paying 500 to do my taxes each year,I decided to save some money and figure my taxes out this year myself

There wasn't a button on turbo tax to say I was claiming my grand child,only daughter or son

I wasn't finish when I sent it off,I call turbo tax several times and was told to call IRS,I call IRS 50 times

So I figure its best to amend my return because I choose daughters and son instead of grand child and now I feel like I have lied to the IRS and I try my best to be a good person

So I want to know why wasn't a button on the 1040 for grand child Jan 19 of 2021

Please be aware, that you have the option to select grandchild. Please follow these steps:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click "My Info" from the left side of your screen
3. Click “Edit” next to your grandchild's name
4. At the "What's X relationship to you?" screen select "Another person"
5. Select "grandchild" from the drop-down menu

If your return has been accepted by the IRS, then you have to file an amended return (1040X) to make changes. But you might want to wait until your refund or payment is processed. Please be aware that you can e-file your 2020 amended federal tax return, but most states require amendments to be printed and filed by mail.
