Where is my refund after 2 months?

IRS said on my refund since 2 months ago (Refund Status Result):Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available.
There is no answer from Turbo Tax and IRS???

I am having the exact same problem.  My return was e-filed and accepted almost two months ago.  I received my state refund a week after I submitted it, but nothing from the IRS.  I can't get ahold of an actual person to get anymore info?

I have done that several times, just like the first guy who posted it just says they have it and it is being processed.  I'm very frustrated

after your return is accepted TurboTax receives no updates on your refund status.   processing means only the IRS can help you. you are among 10's of thousands, if not more, still waiting for their refund after more than a month.  at least you know the IRS has your return.
